I ordered this beautiful cake and a dozen cupcakes for my daughter’s first birthday. They nailed exactly every detail I requested (and it was a lot) 😆 we got the Neapolitan cake and funfetti cupcakes. All of the flavors were rich so and tasty! Communication was easy and friendly. Thank you guys so much it was delicious and so so cute!! Will definitely be back!

The batch maker can literally do no wrong, try one of everything in their pastry case and each item is more delish than the last. The chocolate puddle cookie is my favorite chocolate chip cookie in Charlotte and their oatmeal cream pie is what dreams are made of. Not to mention any flavor of their banana bread or coffee cake, try whichever they have available and you will not be disappointed. Their periodic Batch boxes are always a fun theme that you can get excited about and it’s super convenient to order a cake through their website. The team is always so kind when you walk into the store and the owner is a true inspiration. This bakery is so so cute! We stopped in for a treat after our coffee. The banana bread slices were HUGE and the dulce du leche was so decadent! The service is quick and welcoming.

Absolutely delicious chocolate puddle cookie! It tastes like they baked a candy bar right in the middle of a chocolate chip cookie! The atmosphere was adores! Cool vibe, laid back and family friendly. A small kitchen graces the wall with select seating. The owner was gracious, attentive, and gave attention to each customer. You felt like a guest in this well appointed speciality shop. The freshness was above par. They have eats from cookies, to brownies, scones, and cakes! Check out the batch matcher today!

This place is heaven on earth. Their puddle cookie(pictured) is the greatest thing I've ever put in my mouth. I drive an hour to visit every time. Worth it 10× over because I love supporting this business. The owner is an incredible woman who puts her heart & soul into every bit of this place and you can FEEL IT! You feel it when you walk in, such kind welcoming energy, and you feel it when you bite into anything they make. YOU CAN FEEL THE LOVE! its a delightful place and all of the treats are truly the best I've ever had. I have eaten alot of what they offer & its ALL good! We also ordered a specialty cake for my dad's birthday, a giant oatmeal pie cake, and it was delicious as well. If I could give this place 100 stars I would! Go visit & support this lovely gem, you will not be disappointed!
